Is this a subscription contract?
Yes. You will be be automatically charged again depending on your billing cycle (monthly/yearly).

Can I upgrade from Free to Personal, Premium or Business plan?
Yes. Simply sign in to your account, go to Plan Settings and click Upgrade Plan.
What types of payment do you accept?
All major credit cards accepted. We accept payments through PayPal payment processing. You do need to have a PayPal account to make a purchase.
What currencies do you accept?
We accept only US Dollars.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Yes. Just email your request to billing@aplusmonitoring.com or cancel the recurring payment subscription from your papyal account.
How are checks done?
Our monitoring servers are deployed in different data centers located in US & Canada.
The servers run protocol based tests on your website at specific intervals (every 3, 5, 15, 30 or 60 minutes) 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year to ensure that your customers and users can reach your website. If more than one location detects a failure, an email or SMS alert is sent to you.
Checks per day are calculated on min check period multiplied by max location. (per day per monitor)
What is Page Content Monitoring?
This allows you to monitor word(s) on a web page. If the word is not found on page during monitoring, an alert will be sent to you. There is no additional cost for it. This feature is available in HTTP and HTTPs monitors only.
We already have an internal monitoring system, why would we need your system?
The Internet is a node/gateway based system. Your internal monitoring may tell you that a device is broken inside your network or even that the outbound gateway is having problems, but it may not inform you that inbound connections from different nodes on the Internet are able to access your website. APlusMonitoring provides monitoring from various diverse locations on different networks.
